September 19, 2008, Finally Friday!

So glad it is finally friday. The week seems to have been long. However, it is porbably just me. I am so glad to see the cooler weather come in. I love it, love it, love it.....Yesterday evening I was feeling abit angry at my spouse. We were able to work it out. It was handle by the grace of God. I guess everything cannot be perfect all the time. Though we are constantly tested by the devil. But our God always sees us through.

Not much planned for the week-end. We do have our small group tonight with our church. I always look forward to that. The Lord has placed us in our pastors group. I was more than thrilled about that. I am beginning to serve more within the church and that makes me feel good. The more I can do the better. I seem to at times have no purpose to my life. So becoming active and with the church gives me meaning. If that makes any sense at all.

Our town fair is here. I would love to go to it tomorrow night. I just like going to smell the food and watch all the people. However the constant walking and trying to get through the crowds can be a bit overwelming at times. So, I don't know if that is what we will do or not. Of course Sunday I will go to church. Usually I try to reserve Sundays to also see my parents. With gas being so high, it has made my visits limited. It seems like forever since I did see them. But it has only been about 2-3 week. We talk every day or every other, but I just enjoy my time with them.

I hope everyone has a good week-end and can put the work week behind them. Let go of stresses that might have been weighing you down through the week. Cause fortunately a new week will be here before we know it with new problems and stresses. May God Bless everyone.
